  2. Development of plan to inform residents, get  comments, and achieve consensus
  3. Identify and eliminate ambiguity in the current draft ordinance.
  4. Identify topics not in the current draft that should be in the ordinance.
  5. Establish parameters for these topics
  6. Scheduling of next meeting.
