University School of Milwaukee PUBLIC HEARING

for an Amendment of Special Use Permit to

allow update of School Signage on Their Property

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that University School of Milwaukee, has filed for an Amendment of their Special Use Permit to allow for update of school signage on their property.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the River Hills Plan Commission will review this application for an amendment to the Special Use Permit at its meeting to be held June 19, 2006 for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Village Board, and that a copy of the application by University School of Milwaukee is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and is open to inspection during normal business hours.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held upon this application before the Village Board of the Village of River Hills at the Village Hall, at 7650 N. Pheasant Lane, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at which time all persons having an interest in this matter will be heard.
