In The Matter of the Application of Verizon Wireless for a Special Use Permit to Operate a Wireless Communication Facility at the Department of Public Works Yard at 7650 North Pheasant Lane.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Verizon Wireless Personal Communications LP, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, a Delaware Limited Partnership has submitted an application for a Special Use Permit authorizing the use of land owned and used by the Village of River Hills for municipal purposes located at 7650 North Pheasant Lane (Tax Key Nos. 90-0011, 90-9982 and 90-9985) in the Village of River Hills for a wireless communication facility.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the River Hills Plan Commission reviewed this application for a Special Use Permit at its meeting held May 21, 2007 and recommended that the application be approved by the Village Board subject to certain conditions and restrictions.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the application, proposed Special Use Permit, and map of the property affected are all on file in the office of the Village Clerk and open to inspection during normal business hours.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held upon this application before the Village Board of the Village of River Hills at the Village Hall, at 7650 North Pheasant Lane, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at which time all persons having an interest in this matter will be heard.
