PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Maple Dale/Indian Hill School has filed an application to amend its Special Use Permit so as to allow a portion of their building to be used as a Montessori School operation at its property located at 1101 W. Brown Deer Rd. in the Village of River Hills.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the River Hills Plan Commission will review this application for an amendment to the Special Use permit at its meeting to be held June 19, 2006 for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Village Board, and that a copy of the application by Maple Dale/Indian Hill School is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and is open to inspection during normal business hours.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held upon this application before the Village Board of the Village of River Hills at the Village Hall, at 7650 North Pheasant Lane, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at which time all persons having an interest in this matter will be heard.
