NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

IN THE MATTER OF ORDINANCE NO. 498 AMENDING SECTION 7.0605 OF THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF RIVER HILLS RELATING TO SIGNS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board is considering the passage of Ordinance No. 498 amending Section 7.0605 of the General Ordinances.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Village of River Hills Plan Commission will review this ordinance at its meeting to beheld June 19, 2006 for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Village Board.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held regarding this ordinance amendment before the Village Board of the Village of River Hills at the Village Hall at 7650 N. Pheasant Lane, at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at which time all persons having an interest in this matter will be heard.
