NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 14, 2007 the Village Board of the Village of
River Hills adopted Resolution 2007 – 19 granting the application of Verizon
Wireless Personal Communications LP, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, a Delaware Limited
Partnership, for a Special Use Permit to use property owned by the Village of
River Hills and used for municipal purposes for the operation of a wireless
communication facility effective upon execution of a lease with the Village of
River Hills. Said property is located at
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person aggrieved by the
above action of the Village Board may appeal to the Board of Appeals of the
Village of River Hills within twenty (20) days of the date of publication of
this notice. Such appeal shall be taken
by filing a written Notice of Appeal with the Village Clerk specifying the
grounds thereof, and by paying the filing fee of $300.00.
