NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION

APRIL 6, 2010

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Village of River Hills, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, on April 6, 2010, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed:

 

ONE VILLAGE TRUSTEE, for the term of three years, to succeed incumbent R. David Fritz, whose term of office will expire on April 20, 2010

 

ONE VILLAGE TRUSTEE, for the term of three years, to succeed incumbent J. Stephen Anderson, whose term of office will expire on April 20, 2010.

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2009, and the final day for filing nomination papers and a declaration of candidacy is 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in the office of the Village Clerk.

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
